Aircraft transactions, supply and specialist coordination

Active in aviation since 2013, SmartTech brings aircraft sourcing and transaction experience, tyres and selected spare-parts supply, and coordination of specialist inspections and documentation reviews.

Selected aviation experience

Boeing 737-800 passenger-aircraft transaction

SmartTech handled aircraft sourcing and commercial transaction coordination, working directly with the buyer and seller.

Our role

We sourced the aircraft, introduced the parties, negotiated commercial terms, coordinated inspections and prepared escrow-account documentation. Buyer and seller contracted directly; SmartTech managed the transaction between them.

What this demonstrates

Experience bringing together aircraft sourcing, negotiations, specialist inspection coordination and transaction documentation within one coordinated engagement.

Inspection services were arranged through external specialists.

How we qualify providers

Supplier selection and specialist document review

Suppliers

We assess suppliers against their track record, inventory availability and delivery lead times, with particular attention to relevant certificates and supporting documentation.

Technical specialists

Inspection providers are selected for relevant certification and established experience. Parts and aircraft documentation are reviewed by appropriately certified engineers and technicians with qualifications and experience relevant to the specific aircraft or equipment type.

Technical inspections and document reviews are performed by these specialists; SmartTech coordinates the commercial engagement.

2013

Aviation activity

SmartTech entered aviation through MRO, spares, technical support and aircraft-related commercial opportunities.

MRO

Lifecycle support

Maintenance, repair, overhaul and technical-support opportunity development.

Supply

Parts & consumables

Historical contracts include aviation consumables, tyres and spare parts.

Trade

Aircraft transactions

Experience includes a civil Boeing 737-800 passenger-aircraft transaction.

Established activities

Three practical contributions

Aircraft sourcing & transactions

Source aircraft, connect the parties, negotiate commercial terms and coordinate the transaction. Buyer and seller responsibilities are defined in their agreements.

Tyres & selected spares

Supply experience supported by attention to supplier track record, availability, delivery times and the required documentation.

Specialist coordination

Arrange inspection and documentation-review engagements through appropriately qualified external providers. Technical work remains their responsibility.

Opportunity development

Additional requirements, developed with specialists

MRO services, GSE and tooling, airport development and special-mission applications are assessed against a specific customer requirement and suitable technical partners. These are areas for cooperation, rather than claims of completed projects across every category.

Historical relationships

A history of aviation representation

SmartTech previously represented Aventure Aviation, Aerotest Limited (United Kingdom) and Jordan Aeronautical-Systems Company (JAC), Jordan. These references describe past business relationships; a current mandate or exclusivity is not implied.

Commercial cooperation

Developing a requirement with the right provider

We qualify the customer requirement, purchasing route and specialist needs before structuring the engagement. For representation or market-development cooperation, scope, reporting and commercial responsibilities are agreed with the principal.
